    How to Logon to your email using Webmail

    When prompted for your email and password you must enter your email address and password. NOT your email username you use in Outlook, Outlook Express or your favourite mail software.

    Please Complete your Personal Information section in Options. Here you can Enter your full name, correct your email address etc. It is recommended that you do this, but if you don't you email will still work.

    This is where you can setup your reply address, your First and Last Name as well as your other email preferences. If you did not do it your email address will show webX_name@namibnet.com instead of your real email address.

    How to Manage your Mailbox

    This is for ADVANCED USERS ONLY and no support will be given if you "break" your mailbox.

    To manage your Mail account you MUST login with your email USERNAME AND NOT your email address

    You can manage the following:

  • Spam Sensitivity levels
  • Spam detection actions (Delete or tag subject and deliver)
  • Antivirus Settings
  • White list (Addresses exempt from Spam Checks)
  • Black list (Addresses to always block)
  • Auto Responder (ie if you are on holiday)
  • Mail forwarding
